- ✅ Free returns on damaged or incorrect items
- ✅ Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
How to Return an Item

- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Methods

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — at no cost to you.
